What’s Happening On The Sonny Side :)
We have been telling about our “Birthday Celebration.” Well, it has come and gone but not forgotten. It was truly a celebration. Tons of cake, ice cream and many other treats that make the taste buds say, “WoW!” There were miles of smiles and warm fuzzy feelings of “Hey This Is Great.” Thanks to all who worked so hard to make it happen, especially to Ruth Broadfoot. There has to be one key person to make any event happen.
There is a (large) group from Eastwood that will be in Gatlinburg, TN this weekend. We are attending CYC 07. May the Lord bless us with safety, good teaching and some snow:)
The weather is cold but the hearts are warm. That is a good way to describe the church family at Eastwood. Be looking for pictures of our “Birthday Celebration.”

Sounds like things went well–especially the ice cream. I love the stuff in any kind of weather. I hope you guys have a great time at CYC. May God be glorified and many young people brought closer to Him because of it!
