February is Going To Be Another Good Month
Sunday February 3 – Worship at El Reposo. We need men and boys to help with the worship assembly. We need ladies to help with the singing and warm smiles.
The first and third Monday’s (4th & 18) – Monday For The Master. We will meet at 6:30 PM and be through by 8:30 PM. If you can’t stay that long that is ok. We will send cards, work around the building and some will make visits. We need your to help with this work.
Tuesday February 12th – Elders, Deacons, Preachers meeting at 6:30 PM.
Saturday February 16th -Youth visitation. How important it was when you all visited James Holden. Early the next morning brother James made his way into eternity. Some of the last brethren he saw was our youth and adult leaders. The songs and prayers you ministered to him cheered his and Thedry’s heart. This coming youth visitation is equally as important. Please, don’t miss it.
February 22-24th -CYC. What a way to end a month for the Lord, In His church.
I hope you are excited and challenged by the 2008 budget that was presented to us last Sunday morning. We are on the right track and headed in a good direction. As Paul wrote to the brethren in Ephesus, we too are to be knit and joined together and everyone doing their part to build up the body of Christ. Our goal: Jesus Christ in East Florence.
